Made-to-Order Items

All Ukaipo Threads garments are made to order, especially for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or items that are no longer wanted.

Please check our size guides carefully before placing your order. If you need help choosing a size, please contact us before ordering and we will be happy to assist.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We take care to ensure every garment meets our quality standards. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or there is an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photos of the item

We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part, please contact us and we will arrange a suitable solution.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because your garment enters production after your order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance with your order.
