Why ‘Ukaipo Threads’?

’Ukaipo’ is a Māori word used to describe someone’s home. I’m not talking about any home, I’m talking about the one where your heart feels safe and secure, where you go back to when times are rough, the place your roots are grown and your family are waiting.

‘Threads’ is just the little twist I added to describe the products we are producing which are Streetwear clothing.

Brand Story

Ukaipo Threads was established in April 2026 with the first drop/release being in June the same year.

‘This brand was created from the love I have for Māori art and the passion I have for Streetwear. The sole purpose of Ukaipo Threads is for you (the customers), to be able to carry who you are, and where you come from on your back everywhere you go. A constant reminder of what you are capable of and what is waiting for you when you need a littlepick me up’.’

Pre-Order System

Ukaipo Threads will be running on a Pre-order only process. It saves overstocking, under stocking, and total production costs for the business.

Product Timeline :

Place order as usual. (Add items to cart. Pay for items)

Once Payment and Order is confirmed, the process of each order will be 7-9 business days (*excluding shipping times*)

Once Order is ready to be delivered, you will be updated via email with a tracking number to track delivery process with NZ Courier Post. Standard delivery will take 3-5 business days depending on location.

Limited Edition Drops

Ukaipo Threads will solely be releasing Limited Edition Drops.

Meaning every New Release will only have a limited amount before it will be completely sold out and no restock will be available! Join the community and get in quick because you don’t want to miss it!

  • Returns & Exchanges Policy

    Returns

    We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order if the item is :

    • Unworn
    • Unwashed
    • In original condition
    • With tags attached

    Exchanges

    Need a different size? Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll help arrange an exchange (subject to stock availability).


    Non-Returnable

    As each garment is custom printed to order, we cannot accept returns or exchange for :

    • Change of mind
    • Incorrect size selection
    • Sale items

    Faulty Items

    If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Standard shipping takes 2-5 business days. Rural Delivery takes 3-7 business days.

    Tracking information provided via email once dispatched.

    Please note during product launches, sales, or holiday periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

  • Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location.
