How long will my order take?

All Ukaipo Threads garments are made to order. Please allow up to 9 business days for production before your order is shipped.

How long does shipping take?

New Zealand

  • North & South Island: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

 • Rural addresses: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Australia

 • 7–14 business days after dispatch.

How do I know what size to order?

Please refer to the size guide on each product page before placing your order. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us—we’re happy to help.

Can I return my order? 

As each garment is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

When will I receive tracking information?

 You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available) once your order has been dispatched.
